Monitoring and Evaluation Manager
ADRA Ukraine is a sub-unit of a larger, worldwide network present in 122, with the main office is in Washington D.C. funded by the Seventh-Day Adventist church. ADRA Ukraine has been operating in Ukraine since 1993. Due to humanitarian response, ADRA Ukraine is providing humanitarian assistance to internally displaced people in 15 regions of Ukraine. In summary, during the years of 2014 and early 2015, ADRA Ukraine have completed projects totaling over $2,1 million and reaching approximately 200 000 people. ADRA Ukraine is currently looking for an experienced Monitoring and Evaluation Manager for the shelter reconstruction project, funded by UNHCR.
Starts up date: asap
Duration: 6 months with potential extension
Location: Eastern Ukraine, Donetsk and Luhansk oblast, based in Office in Slavjansk or Kramatorsk
Qualification requirement:
· Relevant academic qualification
· Excellent computer skills, including experience with Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, SSPP, Access, SQL and any other statistical packages
· Excellent experience in research, reporting and conducting surveys
· Experience of active M&E work in development/humanitarian programming,
· Experience with institutional donor (USAID, UNICEF, DFID, OCHA) an advantage
· Previous experience in construction or on shelter/construction
Job Description
· Provide support to the Program Manager in the development of M&E Plans, tools, survey design, methodology, data analysis and other services as may be required for program monitoring and evaluation
· Leads all daily monitoring and evaluation related work for the programs
· Works on other data entry systems as needed and requested by the Program Manager
· Provide logistic and technical support to studies, researches, data collection, monitoring and evaluation visits, data collection according to M&E plans and study/ research plans
· Develop and maintain a database of complaints and feedback from beneficiaries and communities
· Represent organization among local authorities and other stakeholders in order to present the project goals and collect relevant information for the further plan and project implementation
· Provide support the Program Manager in development of needs assessment plans for the future projects
Language
Ability to read and interpret reports and technical procedures in English and Ukrainian
